Incarnational Foundation

John 1:14 The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, generous inside and out, true from start to finish.
Phil 2:5–11 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness…

Transforming Faith

We will be a people whose identity is in Christ, passionate for the word and prayer, desperately trusting God.

Phil 3:8 I consider everything as lose compared to the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord…
2 Tim 2:15–16 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
Josh 1:8–9 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night… Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.

Transforming Community

We will be a people who are committed to being of one heart, mind and soul, loving God with our whole hearts and others as ourselves, speaking the truth in love.

Acts 2:42–45 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe… All the believers were together and had everything in common.
Eph 4:3–6 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit — one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Transforming Ministry

We will be a people of sacrifice who are committed to going and making disciples of all nations.

Matt 28:19–20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Matt 16:24 If anyone wants to follow me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. Whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever wishes to lose his life for me will find it.
