Job Description
- Evaluate current platforms used for communication, scheduling, donor management, and volunteer coordination.
- Recommend new tools and technologies that better serve the needs of staff and leaders while aligning with Young Life's mission and budget.
- Assist with research and setup of systems such as CRMs, event platforms, file sharing, or communication tools.
- Offer guidance or informal training when new tools are introduced to the team.
- Serve as a go-to resource for basic troubleshooting and ongoing digital strategy advice.

- Develop a simple “technology roadmap” that helps guide the area in adopting helpful tools and systems.
- Identify and document best practices for technology use within the area office.

- Experience in IT, digital systems, tech strategy, or project management.
