30 Day Plan

60 Day Plan
- 1Meet with each person on the Committee individually
- 2Develop Matthew 9:38 list for adult (community) support
90 Day Plan
- 1Attend Regional Zoom Meeting for Committee Chairs
- 2Develop a strategic plan for the next 6–18 months (with Area Director and other stakeholders)
- 3Attend at least two Direct Ministry events (club, campaigners, camp, etc.)
